Various long kneading strokes are applied to invigorate the body. This massage targets tired muscles and boosts blood circulation. Deep Tissue Massage Experience this vigorous deep tissue massage with our Signature oil. Extremely effective for relieving aching, sore and tense muscles. The Himalayan Signature Massage Based upon ancient Indian insight, this massage uses a blend of specially prepared aromatic oils. Our therapists work the age-old magic to aid relaxation and promote inner calm. Potali Massage This unique massage is based upon established Ayurvedic principles of therapeutic application of warmth. The body is massaged with linen Potalis filled with essential herbs and oils, resulting in relaxation and detoxification. Helps in harmonising the chi. Indian Chumpee This massage helps relieve stress from the head, neck and shoulders, creating a profound sense of joy and relaxation. The luxuriant blend of oils is also understood to stimulate hair growth. Neck & Shoulder Massage A dry scalp massage focusing on the energy meridians, followed by an invigorating massage of the neck and the shoulders. Relieves stress by loosening stiff muscles in the upper back. Foot Reflexology Based upon ancient Eastern techniques, the reflex zones on the feet are worked upon. Appointments and Cancellations Please book your session 24 hours in advance to ensure availability For the convenience of other guests, please inform us about any rescheduling and cancellation/s, a minimum of 4 working hours prior to appointment. Rescheduling and late cancellation/s will incur a 50% charge. No-show for the Spa session without prior cancellation incurs the entire charge. Spa Etiquette & Considerations Please arrive at the Spa wearing comfortable and light clothing for your own convenience. Please keep cellular phones and other electronic devices switched off. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted within the Spa area, unless accompanied by an adult. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited within the Spa area. Our therapists will not attend to guests under the influence and can ask them to leave the premises in case of non-adherence to the Spa etiquette. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or any other medical issues are advised to consult their physician before signing up for any service. Please inform your Spa therapist of any such medical history. Expectant mothers are also advised to consult their doctor before availing any services.
